About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort and confidence through beautiful, innovative solutions. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and helps create a culture of hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, delivering personalized service, and contributing to store performance and a positive team environment.

This is a regular, part-time position at The Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township, Michigan. The role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching for merchandise and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
