As a member of Zales’ Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers and helps them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about extended service plans and financing, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements
