About The Position

As a Sales Associate/Photographer, you’ll help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets by welcoming families, engaging with children, and capturing holiday moments. You’ll provide warm, energetic guest service and support a smooth photo experience from start to finish. Photography experience is not required.

This seasonal role involves taking photos, providing guests with souvenirs, operating a POS system and photography equipment, and helping photo operations run smoothly. Associates maintain a safe, clean environment and complete other assigned tasks. The role requires a minimum availability of 20 hours per week or as needed, with flexibility for peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employees must attend training meetings and complete required courses.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Wear professional attire and maintain good hygiene.
• Be available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making families feel welcome and cared for.
• Work as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
