About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to help create enjoyable Santa photo experiences for families. The role welcomes and engages guests, photographs holiday moments, and supports the photo set experience from start to finish. Photography experience is not required. Associates work with a team to keep photo operations running smoothly, provide guest service, operate sales and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean environment. The position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed, with availability during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training meetings and required courses are part of the role.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help families feel welcome and cared for.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
