About The Position
Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior shopping experience. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant helps customers celebrate life and express love by understanding their needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing. The role includes working toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
