About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador by building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, organized sales floor and collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and an inviting store environment. You use available technology to support an omnichannel shopping experience, stay informed about company priorities and promotions, and work with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations.

Requirements
