About The Position

The associate works with teammates and leadership, keeps the store clean and organized, and contributes to an inclusive, respectful environment. Hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals support ongoing development.

Requirements

• Comfort using technology and accuracy with transactions.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, and ability to help customers find a suitable look.
• Self-motivation, resilience, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.

• Prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products.
