About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its Macy's Shop at Washington Square. The role is to convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and executing operational strategies that contribute to positive operating profits. The Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador and helps bring the collections to customers.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
• Strong customer service and selling experience.
• Independent and self-motivated, with attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

• A college degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service using effective communication, support the merchant group, and resolve customer or business problems.
• Drive personal sales through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, product lines, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
• Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers.
• Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
