About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate for the Macy's Valley Fair Store. The role represents the HUGO BOSS brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate works with passion, ambition, and expertise to create excellent customer experiences and bring the brand’s collections to customers.

Requirements

Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Use effective communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service and drive business with the merchant group.
Achieve positive personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service.
Execute standard operating procedures and follow company policies.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Assist with implementing Health & Safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance to support store management.
Follow local laws and regulations and observe HUGO BOSS Health & Safety standards at all times.
