About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role focuses on delivering positive sales performance and excellent customer service while representing the Clarks brand. Sales Associates organize merchandise and back stock, maintain product placement, assist with store maintenance and merchandising, and follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies. They also help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues and ensure assigned tasks are completed. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, and moving ladders, as well as lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock, and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Represent and exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed.
