About The Position

The Sales Associate supports Reformation’s store operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience. The role helps maintain standardized operational processes and a clean, organized store environment while supporting store goals and ensuring products are accessible and presented according to brand standards. The position requires working at least 20 hours per week across at least three days, including weekends, with a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

The role includes receiving and processing inventory, handling transfers and omnichannel orders, preparing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, supporting visual merchandising, and preparing fitting rooms and purchases. The Sales Associate is also expected to contribute to loss prevention, uphold attendance and workplace standards, and represent Reformation’s values and culture. The position is part-time, with an anticipated base hourly pay range of $17–$18, depending on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and other factors.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with the user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet, and digital technologies.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Self-motivation and a driven approach to taking on new challenges in work and career.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week and at least 3 days per week, including weekends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays if required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support operational efforts required to achieve store goals and maintain seamless store procedures.
• Use established processes to track in-store inventory accurately.
• Track, receive, and process inbound inventory shipments.
• Complete inventory tasks, including inbound and outbound transfers, shipment processing, and omnichannel order processing.
• Receive, hang, steam, tag when applicable, and organize shipment items in the back of house.
• Support markdowns when applicable.
• Submit facilities tickets to support store maintenance, presentation, and organization.
• Organize store supplies and maintain the back of house according to brand and concept standards.
• Prepare and deliver customer fitting rooms quickly and accurately.
• Prepare customer purchases according to brand standards, including preparing, folding, and bagging products.
• Replenish the sales floor as products are sold and maintain visual presentation and inventory levels according to brand standards.
• Support visual merchandising as new products arrive and adjust displays when products sell out or sell through.
• Execute visual displays and mannequins when directed.
• Contribute to positive customer experiences and strong service evaluation feedback.
• Contribute to loss prevention across the business.
