About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging and attracting customers. The role supports store operations during peak hours and other high-traffic periods, sharing product knowledge and inspiring customers to style Pandora jewellery. Work schedules vary with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. Hours may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. The position requires completing an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to achieve results in sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
• Reliable availability to support high-traffic periods and special events.
