About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet in Clarksburg. The role serves as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise in a way that showcases the brand, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate builds customer relationships and a client base, drives personal sales, follows store procedures and policies, and supports store management with health and safety practices. The expected base pay rate is $15 per hour, plus commission.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science or college degree, or equivalent experience.
