About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador by building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an inviting, beautiful store by keeping merchandise organized and correctly placed on the sales floor. Working collaboratively with the team, you create personalized customer experiences and support a welcoming sales-floor environment.

The role involves providing attentive customer service, sharing product knowledge, supporting brand loyalty, maintaining visual and operational standards, and using available technology to deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You also partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations and build productive relationships with colleagues.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
