About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort, confidence, and helping women feel empowered. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and contributes to a culture of hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service while supporting store performance and operations. This is a regular, part-time position at The Summit Reno store in Reno, Nevada.

Requirements

• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Use available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Support a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
