About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center team. The position provides a training path from apprentice to Bench Jeweler in a promote-from-within environment. Apprentices learn jewelry repair fundamentals, beginning with polishing and quality control, and may develop their skills through the company’s training program and Jeweler Certification classes.

The role also includes customer service and administrative responsibilities: interacting with stores and customers, completing clerical tasks, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, and supporting shipping and receiving. Candidates with basic jewelry or jewelry repair knowledge are welcome, and candidates who are eager to learn the trade will also be considered. The team is focused on delivering a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

• Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• High standards for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
• Varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• A high school degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of jewelry, jewelry repair, or design is preferred but not required.
