About The Position
The Sales Associate supports the achievement of store goals and is accountable for personal sales goals by providing excellent customer service and representing Diesel’s brand and values. The role involves maintaining knowledge of the company’s history, customer service approach, products, policies, and procedures, and delivering individual performance in line with Diesel customer-service and visual-merchandising standards. The Sales Associate also performs omni-channel services and initiatives. The position reports to the Store Manager and emphasizes client experience, brand awareness, and building customer relationships.
Requirements
- Passion for premium denim and Diesel culture.
- Adaptability to change and interest in innovation in the retail industry.
- Fashion enthusiasm and knowledge of industry trends and products.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build client relationships and provide an excellent experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and able to provide proof of employment eligibility upon request.
