About The Position

The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales culture to achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals. The role involves connecting with clients, developing repeat business, providing product knowledge, and helping create an inviting, efficient, and productive store environment. The position is seasonal and is based in a retail store in Tysons Corner, Virginia.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a client services-related capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate issues when applicable.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide approachable and efficient sales and service on the sales floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season’s apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activities to drive and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for in-store guests.
• Promote a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including front-of-house and stock areas.
