About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Store in Schaumburg. The role represents the HUGO BOSS brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate provides customer service, builds client relationships, achieves personal sales results, follows store policies and procedures, and supports health and safety practices. The role also helps develop community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.

Requirements

Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, problem solving, and engagement with customers and the merchant group.
