About The Position

TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to deliver a top-notch customer experience and support sales-floor and behind-the-scenes operations while promoting the standards and vision of the brand. The role works under the guidance of the Store Management team. The associate welcomes and assists customers, starts conversations that inspire sales and build brand loyalty, and stays informed about current campaigns and product launches. The position also supports daily store operations, including processing new inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required. The role requires the ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds. The position is part-time and temporary. Scheduling is flexible and includes availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is competitive, and the posting describes a brand discount of up to 75%, training and career development, and a range of benefits subject to eligibility, employment status, location, and length of employment.
