About The Position

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate for BMW Mountain View. The associate works with customers online, by phone, and in person, helping guide them from initial contact through an in-store vehicle purchase in a no-haggle sales environment. The role involves responding promptly to leads, answering questions, providing vehicle information, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The associate helps customers select a vehicle, discusses terms and payment options suited to their needs and budgets, and closes sales. After purchase, the associate follows up to support customer satisfaction and helps transition customers to the Service department. This is a commission role with estimated income of $2,000–$16,000 per month.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
