About The Position

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-certified, or board-eligible Endocrinology physician for their Mountain View, CA location. This outpatient-only position involves an average of 16 patients per day, with shared call responsibilities. The office is supported by CDE (Certified Diabetes Educator) staff.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology.
• Completion of an Endocrinology fellowship.
• Proficiency with thyroid FNA.
• Ability to read and interpret DEXA scans.
• Proficiency in managing insulin pumps and CGM.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient endocrinology setting.
• Manage an average of 16 patients per day.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities.
• Utilize CDE support within the office.
• Perform thyroid FNA (Fine Needle Aspiration).
• Read and interpret DEXA scans.
• Manage patients on insulin pumps and Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM).
