About The Position

The Endocrinology Division of Boston Children's Health Physicians (BCHP) is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our growing pediatric subspecialty practice. Our ideal candidate brings a strong interest in advancing pediatric endocrine clinical care for children with complex endocrine disorders. Prior research experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for a physician who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a commitment to improving outcomes for pediatric patients. Our Pediatric Endocrinology program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association as a Center for Diabetes Education and by the NCQA as a Patient-Centered Specialty Practice (Medical Home Neighbor). We are committed to delivering exceptional care through a collaborative, family-centered approach. The Pediatric Endocrinology Divison is made up of: 4 Pediatric Endocrinologists 2 Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (CDCES) Embedded care coordination The candidate selected will join our well-established, collegial, and collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Manage and diagnose a full spectrum of endocrine disorders, including but not limited to diabetes (Type 1 & 2), growth disorders, thyroid disease, puberty disorders, adrenal conditions, metabolic bone disease, and disorders of sex development.
Collaborating closely with diabetes educators, nutritionists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, and pediatric subspecialists to deliver coordinated, family-centered care.
Mix of outpatient continuity clinics with inpatient consults, providing clinical variety and professional engagement.
Teaching opportunities with rotating medical students and pediatric residents
