Spring Footwear Corp. is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for its Spring Step Shoes store at Jersey Shore Premium Outlets in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. The role supports a welcoming, high-energy store environment and represents the Spring Step brand with confidence, care, and enthusiasm. The Sales Associate helps customers find the right footwear and delivers memorable shopping experiences through personalized service and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Be a friendly, reliable team player with a passion for helping customers.
- Have strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
- Have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
