About The Position

Vans is hiring a Sales Associate at Augusta Mall. The Sales Associate is the face of the brand, creating memorable shopping experiences through genuine customer engagement, product knowledge, and exceptional service. Working collaboratively with the store team, the associate contributes to sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires 0–1 year of relevant experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, though hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued. The role involves standing and moving throughout the store for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.
