About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain a beautiful, organized sales floor with merchandise in the right place and ready for customers. Working collaboratively with your team, you create personalized customer experiences and support an inviting store environment.

The role focuses on understanding customer needs, sharing product knowledge, delivering personalized service, and maintaining visual and operational standards. You also use technology and available tools to stay informed about company priorities and promotions and to support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations and build productive relationships with colleagues by sharing ideas and offering help.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
