About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, engaging customer experience and help customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, learn about their needs, and recommend eyewear suited to their lifestyles and preferences. Associates contribute to sales goals while collaborating with colleagues and leaders, maintaining an organized and visually appealing store, and fostering an inclusive, respectful environment. The role offers hands-on training and opportunities to develop customer service and sales skills.
