About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Store at Keystone. The role represents HUGO BOSS to customers by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise in an engaging way, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate provides customer service, drives personal sales through relationship selling and client development, follows store procedures and policies, supports community engagement, and assists store management with health and safety practices.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

BS college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and use effective communication to support customers, the merchant group, and problem solving.
Drive personal sales through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service.
Execute standard operating procedures and follow store policies.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Assist with implementation of health and safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance to support store management.
Follow local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS health and safety standards.
