About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ Macy's Fashion Valley Mall. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This role fits your lifestyle, jumping in during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods) to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences. You will share product knowledge, inspire customers to style their jewellery, and create unforgettable shopping moments. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. The role involves working anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons, providing reliable support during high-traffic times and special events.
Requirements
- Demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
