About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate for its location at 577 Broadway SOHO. The Flex Sales Associate will be a dedicated Pandora fan, responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences, exceeding sales goals, and engaging customers in innovative ways. This role is designed to fit a flexible lifestyle, with associates stepping in during peak hours to support store operations and deliver exceptional fan experiences. Associates will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry, giving a voice to people's passions. Peak hours include evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods like promotions or product launches. The role requires upholding merchandising and retail operational standards, and a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods of low hours balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate results-oriented selling.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • At least 18 years or older.
  • Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
