About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at the Southlake Mall location. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, with flexibility to work during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods) to support store operations and deliver exceptional fan experiences. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to their loves.

Requirements

Results-oriented seller.
Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Flexible schedule working anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
