About The Position
This position is for a Sales Associate at a 7-Eleven & gas station in Haymarket, VA. The role involves meeting and exceeding customer expectations to provide an exceptional experience. The associate will work with team members and support management in completing various store tasks, including customer service, merchandising, food preparation, daily cleaning, and cash register duties.
Requirements
- Customer Service
- Cash Handling experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice To Haves
- Prior cashier experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
- Operate Cash Register according to PMG standards (cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, shift paperwork).
- Execute Daily Store Tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency, including Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking, Food Service Management, Cooler Merchandising, and Vendor Check-Ins.
- Communicate daily issues/challenges with Management.
- Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed.
- Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect.
- Support Management in other tasks and assignments on an ongoing basis.
- Exterior/Interior Cleaning.
