About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Unified Communications business in the United States of America. This role can be based remotely. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and developing relationships within the unified communications sector. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our solutions to clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. In this role, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of unified communications technologies and possess the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology or telecommunications sector.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • A passion for technology and a keen interest in the unified communications landscape is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our unified communications solutions to effectively present and demonstrate the benefits to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, set personal sales goals, and work towards achieving quarterly targets.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
