About The Position

Vamonos IT is seeking a Unified Communications (UC) Delivery Analyst responsible for analyzing performance data, service trends, and workload metrics to support the successful delivery of Unified Communications services. This role provides reporting, coordination, and operational support while ensuring service quality and compliance with defined service level agreements. The successful candidate will support UC operations, incident management, and modernization initiatives, helping drive the transition to a cloud-native Microsoft Teams-based communications environment.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in analyzing performance data, service trends, and workload metrics
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and reporting operational dashboards and metrics
  • Experience supporting service delivery programs and SLA compliance
  • Technical knowledge of UC technologies, including: Avaya Government Cloud telephony, Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure, Microsoft Teams collaboration services
  • Ability to support incident resolution and service restoration activities
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with enterprise modernization and integration initiatives
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams
  • Experience supporting vendor coordination and escalation activities
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration or equivalent certification
  • Experience with performance reporting and IT service management frameworks
  • Experience supporting federal government programs
  • Familiarity with cloud-based UC modernization efforts

Responsibilities

  • Analyze UC operational data, service trends, and workload metrics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance measurements
  • Support service delivery and compliance with established SLAs
  • Assist with incident tracking, resolution, and service restoration efforts
  • Provide reporting insights and recommendations for operational improvements
  • Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders on service performance initiatives
  • Support modernization activities and cloud-based UC transformation programs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
  • Maintain documentation and reporting artifacts for management and customer review
