Provides a broad understanding and working knowledge of the unified communications (UC) infrastructure across the enterprise. Intermediate technical knowledge of various technology platforms and provides expert Tier 2 support for unified communication technologies. Operational responsibility of unified communications solutions. Ability to work directly with Internal customers to gather information and troubleshot issues. Engage and collaborate enterprise-wide to support and maintain solutions to enable effective communications tools. Interact directly with the business to assist in providing direction on appropriate usage of unified communication technologies. Provide support and guidance to UC technicians and other staff. Must be able to drive to locations requesting services and support.
