DePuy Synthes Trauma provides solutions for treating a broad range of trauma injuries using traditional and minimally invasive techniques. The Sales Associate provides clinical and customer support in hospitals and during procedures, bringing strong customer service, sales logistics, technical expertise, and product knowledge. The role supports sales objectives, covers cases, and maintains surgeon and account relationships within a geographic territory. It may also involve offering or selling the portfolio, services, and solutions available to assigned accounts. The position works with surgeons and hospital teams, including in operating rooms and sterile processing departments. It involves supporting product use and availability, troubleshooting technical issues, managing customer requests and hospital billing, and sharing customer and market insights with internal teams.
