About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to help create enjoyable Santa photo experiences for families. The role involves welcoming guests, engaging with children, taking photographs, and providing holiday souvenirs while delivering warm, attentive guest service. Associates help keep photo operations running smoothly, operate point-of-sale and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required. The position requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Seasonal associates may have opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore other opportunities in the company’s souvenir photography division, where available.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable with cash handling.
• Wear professional attire and maintain good hygiene.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, welcoming and caring for each family.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
