About The Position

The Cashier is accountable for the customer service and sales experience. The role maintains checkout standards; assists with general operations, including Omnichannel, recovery, and inventory; and upholds shrink and safety standards while meeting role performance expectations.

The Cashier greets and assists customers, supports checkout processes and merchandising, and helps with store operations as needed. The role also supports company initiatives and consistently meets performance standards for sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service and demonstrating WORTH behaviors.
• Engage customers, help resolve problems, and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs.
• Promote Findmore and other programs intended to drive sales and enhance customer service.
• Complete checkout processes, including returns and re-ticketing.
• Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts; stock and merchandise Impulse Fixtures and replenishment.
• Proactively call for assistance when additional checkout help is needed.
• Use Point of Sale on a Mobile Warrior device to support line management.
• Assist with Omnichannel efforts as needed.
• Assist with recovery, put-backs, and fitting room maintenance as needed.
• Participate in annual inventory processes.
• Support company shrink and safety initiatives.
• Consistently meet established performance standards, including iCAP, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
