About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets. The role welcomes families, engages with children, captures holiday moments, and provides warm, energetic guest service while supporting a smooth photo experience from start to finish. Associates take photos, provide souvenirs, operate point-of-sale and photography equipment, and help keep the work area safe and clean. Photography experience is not required. The position is seasonal and involves a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed, with flexibility to work peak retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employees must attend training meetings and complete required courses.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
