About The Position

Tire Discounters is hiring a Sales Associate or Sales Manager to provide automotive maintenance and repair expertise, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The role supports the company's focus on transparency, care, safety, and delivering a positive experience to customers and team members. Sales team members are paid weekly and can earn monthly individual spiffs and participate in the monthly store bonus.

Requirements

• Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred; automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years old.
