About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style. At the Music City store, the Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder provides a strong in-store shopping experience and performs opening and closing procedures. The role supports customers, maintains store standards and safety, and contributes to sales and customer loyalty programs.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; 0–2 years listed.
• Proficiency with technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
• Perform checkout overrides as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Follow company policies and procedures to support the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues, determine or escalate resolutions, and communicate issues and outcomes to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
