About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to join its sales team. The role focuses on providing valued customers with a superior experience, helping them celebrate life and express love. Consultants build relationships with customers, understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals.
