About The Position
Zales is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. Team members engage customers to understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and meet individual and team sales goals. The position requires flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.

- Base pay of $17.27–$24.60 plus commission on sales; final pay is based on experience and qualifications.
