About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by learning about their needs, presenting merchandise, and sharing product information. The role also involves explaining extended service plans and financing options and meeting individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate the special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities
