About The Position
Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its sales team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers, helps them celebrate life and express love, and supports individual and team sales goals. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about extended service plans and financing options. The listed base pay is $15.92–$25.60, plus sales commission; final pay is determined by experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
