About The Position

Zales is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to join its Sales Team. The role is responsible for providing valued customers with a superior experience by understanding their needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. The associate works toward individual and team sales goals and helps customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Requirements

Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities
