About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. Sales Team members build personal relationships with customers, understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and meet individual and team sales goals. The role offers training and career-development opportunities. Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
