About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior shopping experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant builds customer relationships, learns what customers need and desire, presents merchandise and explains product features and benefits, and provides information about extended service plans and financing options. The role also works toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
