About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to help customers celebrate life and express love. As a member of the Sales Team, you will provide valued customers with a superior experience by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing options. You will work toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
