About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to join its Sales Team. The role is responsible for providing a superior experience to customers and helping them celebrate life and express love through jewelry. Associates build personal relationships, learn customers’ needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The position offers base pay of $15.00–$20.50 plus sales commission; final pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
